NAUI SCUBA DIVER COURSE

Scuba diver is the NAUI entry-level scuba certification course. It provides the fundamental knowledge and skills to scuba dive. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are considered competent to engage in open water diving activities without supervision, provided the diving activities and the areas dived approximate those of training.

COURSE CONSISTS OF:

1. STUDY the NAUI textbook and complete workbook

2. 1 classroom session/3 hrs

3. 4 pool sessions/3 hours each

4. Minimum 5 open water dives (4 scuba and 1 skin dive)

PRICE INCLUDES:

1. SCUBA equipment usage:
Buoyancy compensator, Regulator, Pressure gauge and depth gauge, Weight belt, and Tank

2. Certification card and fee

STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Personal skin diving equipment:
Mask, snorkel, fins, dive skin, Neoprene products, dive knife, gear bag

2. NAUI Educational material:
Textbook, video and audio cassettes home study

3. Transportation fee if applicable (Boat fee)
