Rescue Scuba Diver/Advanced Rescue Scuba Diver Certification Course
Course Objectives
This course trains divers in the knowledge and skills needed to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. Included are: Self-rescue, assists, transports, surface rescues, rescues from depth, and much more. The practical skills exercises in open-water setting will be offered as a part of Advanced and Master Scuba Diver open water sessions. Divers who complete the basic requirements in 2 open-water dives will be certified Rescue Scuba Diver. Divers who complete the advanced requirements in 4 open-water dives will be certified as Advanced Rescue Scuba Diver.

NAUI Rescue Scuba diver certification card
Students are responsible for
Skin diving equipment, Scuba equipment and dive computer (available for rental), underwater compass, dive lights, Rescue Diver education package, transportation, and boat fee.
